Drug lab remediation involves chemical residue and clearance testing most cleaning companies aren't equipped for.
Every Lebanon crew is equipped for both testing and the physical remediation phase.
Every technician holds certification specific to clandestine lab remediation, backed by full liability coverage.
Our Lebanon dispatch pulls from a nearby crew, not a distant hub.
We quote remediation after lab results return, so Lebanon clients know cost before work begins.
Every Drug Lab Cleanup job starts with testing, since remediation scope depends entirely on what's present.
We test and treat HVAC separately, since ducts can recirculate residue into cleared rooms.
We test before assuming scope, since contamination doesn't always match what's visible.
Anything porous that tested positive gets removed — surface cleaning won't resolve it.
Extended ventilation clears residual off-gassing from materials before final clearance testing.
We retest after remediation and provide documentation showing the property meets clearance standards.
We work with agents and attorneys when testing needs to fit a transaction timeline.
A dispatcher at +1-844-401-0166 asks about property history before scheduling testing.
Once scheduled, a technician arrives to begin the testing phase.
Results determine actual scope, and we provide a firm remediation price after testing.
The project closes with clearance documentation, and we return at no charge if a retest raises concern.
